During my x-mas visit to this hotel, I appreciated the cozy and traditional house, which had been transformed into a lovely and inviting space. The location was perfect, situated close to the heart of the city, with all the key attractions and amenities just a stone's throw away. I truly enjoyed the warm welcome and the friendly service provided by the staff.
My experience at this hotel was somewhat marred by the bathroom issues. The shower drain was clogged, and despite the staff's attempts to fix it, the water still overflowed and flooded the whole bathroom.

Had a wonderful Xmas at a lovely hotel in the centre of town. Loved the traditional design and cozy atmosphere. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Location was perfect, within walking distance of main shopping areas and cultural sites. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast spread each morning and a peaceful patio to relax in after a busy day.
The shower drain was clogged and caused the bathroom to flood during use. Although the staff quickly attended to the issue, it continued to occur throughout the stay.

The bathroom can sometimes flood due to a lack of simple repair work.

We loved staying at this cozy hotel! The best aspects were the friendly staff who helped us with transportation and parking. The hotel facilities were great and they really cared about cleanliness. The location was perfect for us, being close to breakfast places and local transportation. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!
